Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Orders within Accra are typically prepared and dispatched within the same day or the next business day, depending on order volume and time of purchase.

Customers will be contacted if there are any unexpected delays.


 

 

Delivery Within Greater Accra
Orders within Greater Accra are typically delivered within 24 hours after dispatch.

 

 

In some exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 48 hours. This may occur if:

  • The customer cannot be reached
  • An incorrect contact number is provided
  • The delivery address cannot be located
  • There are unforeseen logistical delays

 

Our delivery team will always attempt to contact you to ensure successful delivery.

 

Delivery Outside Greater Accra (Bus Transport)

For customers outside Greater Accra, parcels are dispatched through intercity bus services.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days
  • A GHS 25 handling and transport fee is charged for delivery from our shop to the bus station.

 

Once the parcel arrives at your destination, the remaining delivery fee must be paid directly to the bus driver before collection.

Please note that this fee is not fixed and may vary depending on the destination and the bus operator.

 

Door-to-Door Delivery (Selected Cities)

We offer door-to-door delivery services to selected cities outside Accra:

Kumasi

Takoradi

Koforidua

Delivery Fee: GHS 40

Delivery timelines for these locations may vary depending on logistics but are typically completed within 2–4 days.

 

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our delivery team is unable to reach you or deliver your order due to:

  • Incorrect contact details
  • Unavailability of the customer
  • Incorrect delivery address

the order may be rescheduled for delivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

 

Returns (Orders Outside Greater Accra)

If you wish to return an item from outside Greater Accra, please ensure that:

  • The item is returned in its original condition and packaging
  • The package is sent back as soon as possible after delivery

This helps us receive and process the return promptly.


We recommend using a reliable courier or bus service to ensure the item arrives safely.
