Return and Refund Policy

- Returns: shop should be prompted immediately within 1 to 2 days upon receiving the product and arrangements will be made 
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Refunds: Full refund of purchase price (minus shipping costs, if applicable) once we receive the returned item.
